As part of a multi-step budgetary process, the House of Representatives released portions of their version of a
reconciliation bill. This legislation would be part of the “Build Back Better Act”, a companion to the fiscal year 2022
federal budget. While there is still significant work to be done – and challenges to overcome – before any of this
